For Digital Partners
Be a partner in a harvest, not a creditor to a farmer.
A Digital Partner co-invests in a verified specialty coffee lot and shares the resulting harvest profit with the farmer. Capital is held in regulated bank custody and released against verified milestones.
How it works
Four steps, all verifiable
- 1
Explore verified lots
Each lot comes with location, area, altitude, varieties, production history and farm photos. The farmer registers the data and it is cross-checked with satellite records.
- 2
Co-invest in the lot you choose
Your contribution enters as a share of that lot and that cycle's harvest. It is not a loan to the farmer and it earns no interest.
- 3
Follow the cycle with evidence
Lot condition is verified with Earth-observation data throughout the cycle. You see real progress, not self-reported updates.
- 4
The harvest is sold and profit is shared
The farmer keeps most of the profit. Your share is settled transparently and recorded for both parties.
How capital is protected
Harvverse never holds your money
Regulated bank custody
Capital sits with a supervised financial institution and is released on verified milestones of the crop cycle, not at anyone's discretion.
Independent satellite verification
Lot condition is verified with Earth-observation data. The evidence is not produced by the interested party.
Auditable record
Each contribution and settlement is recorded in a verifiable digital agreement that neither party can alter afterwards.
Why specialty coffee in Honduras
Because the market already pays for verifiable quality.
Honduras is one of Central America's largest coffee producers and its high-altitude coffee competes on quality. What has been missing was never the market: it was working capital that does not break the producer.
The model is crop- and country-agnostic. Honduran coffee is the entry point because that is where the team has relationships, agronomic expertise and a proven track record.

What to be clear about before joining
A profit-sharing partnership shares the outcome — good or bad. That is exactly what makes it fair to the farmer, and it also means there is no guaranteed return.
Is this a regulated investment instrument?
No. Digital Partnerships are not registered securities and are not traded on any market. They are private profit-sharing agreements over a specific harvest.
Is there a guaranteed return?
No. Profit depends on the harvest and its sale. If the lot underperforms, the outcome is smaller for both parties. Nothing on this site should be read as a promise of performance.
What does Harvverse earn?
Harvverse operates the platform, the verification layer and the farmer relationship. The specific commercial terms of each partnership are set out in the agreement, not on this page.
This page is informational. Digital Partnerships are not registered securities under U.S. or Honduran law, and nothing published here constitutes an offer of securities or investment advice.
